My approach is based on conversations with individuals and teams to create small actionable steps which give the very best chance of real implementation as people know what to do next. Actions are linked to others so progress is “spread “ and “linked” through daily interactions - impact on others is noticeable and groups of people feel a sense of forward progress which encourages collaboration, continuous measurement, adjustment and feedback.
