Workshops range from “Solution Action sets” on a range of business issues  to “training through engagement” and  working with teams on how to problem solve together efficiently using the “Solutions Game process”. 

Workshops can also be used to help the merging of teams or departments; improving sales and /or customer service outputs; client differentiation; implementing brand values; improving customer/client experience, creating/delivering a new Vision or to achieve other important strategic objectives. Workshops range from short, 2 hour, in-house workshops for 6 people to a large scale “round table” interaction involving both your customers and your clients; with more real life focus application which produce more noticeable results than traditional focus groups.
